Philadelphia, PA – The Junior Pioneers Program is a career readiness and leadership development initiative operated by the Philadelphia Sheriff’s Office for youth ages 14–19. The program provides a safe, structured environment where young people develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence necessary to pursue careers in law enforcement, public service, and other professional fields.
Through mentorship, career exploration, community engagement, and hands-on learning experiences, participants gain exposure to the responsibilities and opportunities available within the Philadelphia Sheriff’s Office while developing leadership, discipline, accountability, and professionalism. #phillysheriff
