Philadelphia, PA – Sheriff Rochelle Bilal announced that Philadelphia Sheriff’s deputies arrested N’Tyrance Davis on October 13 without incident. Davis was wanted in DeKalb County, Georgia, in connection with pending domestic violence cases.
The arrest followed warnings from Georgia authorities that he had allegedly removed his court-ordered ankle monitor and intended to locate his ex-girlfriend and their young son in Philadelphia.
Sheriff Bilal recognized the personnel involved in the investigation and arrest: Captain O’Leary, Detective Miller, Detective Jenkins and Deputy Santiago of the Domestic Violence Task Force; Lieutenant Morris, Deputy O’Leary, Deputy Diletto and Deputy Belton of the Warrant Unit; Deputy Negron of the Canine Unit; and Deputy Siciliano of the Delaware Valley Intelligence Center.
Deputy O’Leary developed critical information, and Deputy Siciliano’s work helped identify the location. Sheriff Bilal also thanked the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office, Georgia prosecutors, and victim assistance personnel for their coordination.
