Our special guest, Portia Ackridge, the dynamic CEO of DentMed, will join us to discuss an exciting initiative. DentMed is partnering with the Philadelphia Sheriff’s Office to bring you the second FREE 2-Day HealthCare Clinic on August 24th and 25th.

Under Sheriff Bilal’s administration, the Sheriff’s office has been aggressively working to foster strong community connections. That’s why we’re committed to making healthcare accessible to everyone, regardless of insurance or financial limitations.

So, stay tuned, folks! We’ll delve into the details of this upcoming clinic, discuss the importance of community outreach, and shed light on how the Philadelphia Sheriff’s Office is working tirelessly to serve you better.

Sheriff Bilal has made engaging with the community and neighborhoods a hallmark of the Bilal Administration over the past four years.
The Sheriff’s Perspective podcast is an expansion of those community outreach efforts.
The show will air on the third Saturday of each month from 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM, beginning on Saturday, March 16, 2024. Episodes will be available on our
YouTube page and phillysheriff.com and exclusively on WURD Radio 96.1FM and 900 AM.

As the pandemic continues, the Philadelphia Sheriff’s Office wants to ensure that Philadelphia residents can remain in their homes, which is why the Sheriff’s Office supports any programs that help residents. It is important that Philadelphia residents contact the Sheriff’s Office if they believe they have been illegally evicted by someone who was impersonating a Deputy Sheriff. The Sheriff’s Office will also continue to host food giveaways and virtual town halls to answer any questions that residents may have.
