PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Sheriff’s Office will announce the upcoming launch of its new Philadelphia Sheriff’s Auction Search Platform, an innovative public resource designed to help prospective bidders more easily search, understand, and prepare for Philadelphia Sheriff’s property auctions before participating through the official online bidding platform at Bid4Assets.com/Philadelphia.
The new platform represents Phase II of Sheriff Rochelle Bilal’s comprehensive reorganization and modernization strategy aimed at improving transparency, customer service, and public access to Sheriff Sale information. The platform serves as an educational and informational gateway, allowing users to search available properties, access instructional resources, save auction listings, and better understand the auction process before placing bids through Bid4Assets.
The announcement follows Phase I of the Sheriff’s reorganization initiative, highlighted in Sheriff Bilal’s recent City & State Pennsylvania op-ed, which outlined the progress the Office has made in modernizing operations, improving accountability, and delivering more efficient public services.
